Haus Realty & Management provides a service that is unique from other property management teams in that we treat your home as our investment. Haus Realty & Management LLC has a preferred business agreement with Kedalo Construction LLC and its subcontractors and vetted vendors. We provide a synergistic service between the two entities to better service our Clients.
We have the means to conduct repairs by skilled and licensed subcontractors and vetted vendors, and improve indoor and outdoor curb appeal. Additionally, we have the means to stage homes for our Clients if they so choose for improved property marketability and results. We aim to encourage our Tenants to care for their rentals through education and programs such as the one-for-one HVAC filter exchange. We believe that an educated and satisfied Tenant equates to a successful investment owning experience for our Clients.
